No problem – I hope it proves useful. As I say, I think David Schwind & Jim Yaghi have really pulled out the stops with this…if you haven’t already, make sure you join their Google Switch Facebook Fan Page…I’ll post the link here when I get a moment.

(There are a couple of anti-spam measures on the form: the first is some simple maths, the second is a box where you must enter this code: THISCODEHERE ).

"THISCODEHERE" (the actual code, I mean), is what you put in the survey box.
